These Donation Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern all donations made to Operation Return To Base, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. By making a donation through our website or any affiliated platform, you agree to the following terms:
1. Charitable Status
Operation Return To Base is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Donations are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. Please consult a tax professional for individual guidance.
2. Donation Eligibility
By donating, you affirm that:
You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
You are using your own funds or have legal authorization to use the payment method.
You understand that all donations are voluntary and irrevocable once processed, except in cases of proven fraud or error.
3. Use of Donations
Unless specifically restricted by the donor and accepted by Operation Return To Base, all donations will be used at the discretion of the organization to support its general charitable purposes. We reserve the right to reallocate funds to best meet the needs of our programs and beneficiaries.
4. Recurring Donations
If you select a recurring donation option:
You authorize Operation Return To Base to charge your selected payment method at the designated frequency.
You may cancel or modify recurring donations at any time by contacting us at support@operationrtb.org.
Cancellation requests must be received at least 3 business days before the next scheduled donation to take effect.
5. Refunds
As a general policy, donations are non-refundable. However, if you believe a donation was made in error or without authorization, please contact us at support@operationrtb.org within 15 days of the transaction. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
6. Tax Receipts
We will issue an official donation receipt for all eligible donations. Donors are responsible for providing accurate contact and payment information to ensure receipt delivery. For recurring donations, annual summary statements may be provided.

Sponsorship Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all sponsorships made to Operation Return To Base (“Operation RTB,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By submitting a sponsorship application and payment, you (“Sponsor”) agree to comply with the following legally binding terms and you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
1. Sponsor Eligibility and Representation
Authorized Representative
The individual submitting a sponsorship application or payment certifies that they are authorized to act on behalf of the sponsoring organization or business entity and to legally bind said organization to the terms of this Agreement.
Truthful and Accurate Information
The Sponsor affirms that all information and documentation submitted are true, accurate, and complete. Any falsification, alteration, or material misrepresentation may result in termination of this Agreement without refund.
Legal Compliance
The Sponsor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, and regulations related to the event and this sponsorship arrangement.
2. Sponsorship Categories and Benefits
A. Event Sponsorships
All event sponsorship benefits apply only to the specific event for which the sponsorship was submitted. Benefits do not carry over to future events. Benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
$100 – Veteran/First Responder Small Business Owner Event Sponsor
Complimentary Run Registration (2 participants)
Sponsor will receive two registration codes for use by individuals of their choosing to participate in the run event. Registration codes are subject to the event’s standard waiver, health guidelines, and registration deadlines.
Complimentary Ruck Registration (2 participants)
Sponsor will receive two registration codes for participation in the ruck event under the same terms as above.
Complimentary Vendor Booth (11'x11' standard space)
Sponsor will be assigned one standard-sized vendor booth measuring approximately 11 feet by 11 feet. Sponsor is responsible for supplying all required setup materials (e.g., tent, table, signage).
Logo Placement – Small
Sponsor’s logo will be displayed in small format on the event flyer, website, and event banner, subject to timely submission in high-resolution format and design constraints.
$1,000 – Bronze Event Sponsor
Complimentary Run Registration (2 participants)

Sponsor will receive 10 vouchers redeemable for non-alcoholic beverages at designated event stations. Vouchers are valid only during the event.

Sponsor’s logo will appear in medium size on the event flyer, website, and event banner.
Event Recognition – Verbal Acknowledgment
Sponsor will receive public acknowledgment during the event program via emcee or event staff.
Social Media Promotion – Group Post (Before and After Event)
Sponsor will be included with other sponsors in a grouped thank-you or promotional post published to Operation RTB’s official social media accounts before and after the event.
$5,000 – Gold Event Sponsor
Complimentary Run Registration (10 participants)
Same terms as above, with 10 registration codes issued.

Complimentary Vendor Booth (11'x11' premium space)
Sponsor will receive one vendor booth in a premium location designated by Operation RTB.

B. Financial Sponsorships
All financial sponsorship benefits apply for a period of 12 months from the date of funding unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Logo Display – Website
Sponsor’s logo will be placed on the Supporters section of Operation RTB’s website.
Collaboration Opportunities – General
Sponsor may be invited to collaborate on select educational, fundraising, or outreach activities, subject to mutual agreement.
Social Media Promotion – Group Post (Biannual)
Sponsor will be included in two grouped sponsor recognition posts shared during the year.

3. Sponsorship Fulfillment and Use
Good Faith Delivery
Operation RTB will make a good faith effort to deliver all listed sponsorship benefits but is not liable for delays, changes, or omissions resulting from unforeseen circumstances.
Sponsor Deliverables
Sponsors are responsible for submitting logos and branding assets by designated deadlines. Operation RTB is not responsible for missed placements due to late submissions.
Use of Space
Sponsor is responsible for ensuring any vendor space provided is used in accordance with local laws, safety codes, and event policies.
4. Publicity and Licensing
Limited License for Marketing Use
Sponsor grants Operation RTB a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use their logo, brand name, and related materials in event and promotional content.
Right to Decline or Modify Content
Operation RTB reserves the right to edit or reject submitted branding materials that are inconsistent with its mission or public image.
5. Refunds and Cancellation
No Refund Policy
All sponsorship payments are final and non-refundable.
Force Majeure Clause
Operation RTB is not responsible for cancellation or failure to deliver benefits due to acts of God, government restrictions, natural disasters, pandemics, or other events beyond its control.
6. Limitation of Liability
No Indirect Damages
Operation RTB shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages relating to the sponsorship or event participation.
Sponsor Indemnification
Sponsor agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Operation RTB for any claims or liabilities arising from the sponsor’s products, services, or conduct.
7. Modification of Terms
Right to Modify
Operation RTB reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The most recent version will be posted on the official Operation RTB website.
Financial Assistacne Application Terms and Conditions

The financial assistance grant offered by Operation Return To Base (“Operation RTB,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and submission of the financial assistance application. By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to apply for financial assistance, you must meet the following criteria:
Military or First Responder Status
You must be a current or former member of the United States Military (including Active Duty, National Guard, Reserve, or Veteran), or a current or former First Responder (including law enforcement, fire service, or emergency medical services personnel).
Proof of Financial Need
You must provide complete and unaltered personal banking statements and any other requested documentation that may assist in determining financial hardship and your identity. By submitting these documents, you agree to allow Operation RTB to review and assess your financial need based on this information.
Application Process and Limitations
No Guarantee of Assistance
Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or receipt of any financial assistance. Each application will be individually reviewed and assessed.
Award Criteria
Financial assistance awards are determined based on:
-The severity of demonstrated need
-The completeness and accuracy of the information provided
-The availability of program funds at the time of review
Limited Funding
All financial assistance is subject to the availability of funds. Operation RTB reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the financial assistance grant at any time without notice.
Applicant Representations
By submitting your application, you represent and warrant that:
-All information, statements, and documents you provide are true, complete, and accurate to the best of your knowledge.
-None of the submitted documents have been altered, manipulated, or falsified in any way.
-You understand that providing false or misleading information may result in the denial of assistance, potential legal action, and disqualification from future applications.
Privacy and Use of Information
Operation RTB respects your privacy. Any personal and financial information you provide will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of evaluating your application for assistance, unless disclosure is required by law.
Limitation of Liability
Operation Return To Base, its officers, directors, employees, volunteers, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any damages, claims, losses, or liabilities, whether direct or indirect, arising out of or in connection with your use of the application portal, the assistance application process, or any decision made regarding your application. Assistance is provided as-is and as-available, and no warranty or guarantee is made regarding any outcome.
Modifications to Terms
Operation RTB reserves the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Any changes will become effective upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
